    I THINK ( think I read it somewhere ) that they all worked random side jobs between recording and touring to get enough money to buy studio time. Though they were buzzed about in the 90’s A LOT (more like 99 haha)
    They really didn’t start making any money until the release of Bleed American in 2001 but it really didn’t pick up till summer 2002 when Sweetness was released as a single THEN the album went platinum. So I am guessing they are telling the truth.

    he is such a nice guy. very laid back and always willing to be there for his fans.

    i just met him last night at the philadelphia show. he was really nice and he hung around to talk to us fans for quite some time.

    for all you people that want to meet him… i already did and not as a fan… he wasnt famous for a very long time.. :] around 2000-2002 he worked in the art store and my dad was the boss of the art store and jimmy adkins worked there and they were friends i think they still talk on the phone but i been to his house a few times and met him alot of times :] by the way it was in san francisco…
