Yes, it´s simply perfect, I hear it and hear it and never get tired of it. As eclecticderby says, it´s full of emotions. And the video, wow, in the airshot you see all the crowd clapping with the rythm of one song, wow, what can I say…
I would love SO much to be there. Not because of the band, I’ve hardly heard anything from them besides this one. But just the feeling, it’s so summer-ish, looks so fun
I should have been more clear. I do not, by any means, think a show should be an exact live replica of studio sessions. But it’s borderline irritating how much Jim Adkins goes berserk at the sacrifice of musicianship. Poor Tom just stands there at the side, plays his parts properly, and sings properly (and on key, I might add).
I have played in front of sizable crowds of people, all while singing and playing guitar. It’s not too hard. JEW’s just not great live.
Oh that your words rang true, but alas, they do not.
I’ve seen JEW play countless times, and I’ve been a fan of theirs since Static Prevails, and still am, so I don’t think “fairthweather fan” would apply to me.

Do you have any idea how many songs they have to play? It’s a bit tiring. Don’t blame him for having passion and working hard.
